  • Migration from Active Campaign to HubSpot - 25,000 high-value contacts were migrated cleanly and completely, establishing HubSpot as Evara's single source of truth.
  • Scalable integrations - Periti integrated HubSpot with Evara's property websites for automated data parsing, then added a Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration to streamline financial processing.
  • Data centralisation - By unifying sales and marketing data in one platform, both teams gained the real-time visibility they needed to collaborate effectively.
  • Automated lead distribution - A fully automated lead routing workflow eliminated delays from intake to first contact, improving response times, pipeline flow, and conversion rates.
